What file format should I provide?

High-resolution JPEG, TIFF, PDF files are preferred. Contact us if you’re unsure.

Do you offer laminating?

Yes. We provide laminating and finishing services suited to display and durability needs.

Can you print and frame as one package?

Yes. We can manage the full process from print to final display. We will organise the prints, pick them up and frame them for you!

What does block mounting or mounting to board mean?

Block mounting involves adhering a print ot artwork to a rigid backing to keep it flat and stable for display. This prevents rippling or warping, especially for larger pieces or pieces that will not be displayed with a traditional frame. The process is typically permanent.

What kind of boards or backing do you use?

We offer a range of backing options depending on the purpose — from lightweight foam board to more rigid substrates which includes Fom-cor, gatorboard and alupanels. We’ll recommend the right option based on size and use.
